Is AEU Invoice suitable for freelancers?
Yes. Freelancers get invoices, quotes, recurring bills, PDF export with branding, multi-currency and multi-tax handling, and a client portal. Pricing is per seat and quoted on request.
Can I send invoices in multiple currencies?
Yes. Each invoice can be issued in any supported currency; the client portal shows totals in the client's chosen currency. Exchange rates are recorded at issue for audit continuity.
Does AEU Invoice track payments?
Yes. Mark invoices paid, part-paid, or overdue. Automatic reminders can be scheduled per client, and the dashboard shows aged receivables at a glance.
Is my data GDPR-compliant?
Data lives in EU-hosted infrastructure by default. Data subject access, portability, and erasure requests are handled from the account settings. Self-hosted deployments are also available.
Can I export my clients and invoices?
Yes. Every client, invoice, and payment can be exported as CSV or JSON at any time. PDF export of invoices is one click per document or in bulk.
