By accessing and using AEU Invoice ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AEU Invoice is a cloud-based invoicing and billing software that allows businesses to create, send, and manage invoices, quotes, and payments. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as per your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEU Invoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
