PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS", "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE AEU ECC OR AEU AUTHENTICATOR APPLICATIONS. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Sokol Alickaj ("Developer", "Copyright Holder"), operating under the brands AEU, AEU Cloud, AEU-App, AEU-DNS, AEU-i, AEU ECC, and AEU Authenticator (collectively "AEU Services", "we", "us", "our"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE AEU ECC OR AEU AUTHENTICATOR APPLICATIONS ("APP", "SOFTWARE", "SERVICE"), YOU: 1. ACKNOWLEDGE that you have read and understood these Terms 2. AGREE to be legally bound by these Terms 3. REPRESENT that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements 4. ACCEPT our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SOFTWARE AND MUST IMMEDIATELY: • Cease all use of the Software • Delete all copies from your devices • Destroy any related materials in your possession

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 2.1 OWNERSHIP: The AEU ECC and AEU Authenticator applications and all associated intellectual property rights are the sole and exclusive property of Sokol Alickaj. This includes, without limitation: • Source code and object code • Software architecture and algorithms • User interface designs and layouts • Graphics, icons, and visual elements • Documentation and help materials • Trade names, trademarks, and service marks (AEU, AEU Cloud, AEU-App, AEU-DNS, AEU-i, AEU ECC, AEU Authenticator) • Trade secrets and proprietary methods • All derivative works and improvements 2.2 PROTECTED RIGHTS: The Software is protected by: • International copyright laws and treaties • Trade secret laws • Patent laws (where applicable) • Trademark laws • Other intellectual property laws and regulations 2.3 THIRD-PARTY ATTRIBUTIONS: The Software incorporates third-party open-source components under their respective licenses: • Flutter Framework Copyright © Google LLC Licensed under BSD 3-Clause License • Dart Programming Language Copyright © Google LLC Licensed under BSD 3-Clause License • PointyCastle Cryptographic Library Licensed under MIT License • SQLCipher Copyright © ZETETIC LLC Licensed under BSD-style License • bcrypt (Dart implementation) Licensed under MIT License • Various Flutter plugins and packages Subject to their respective open-source licenses These third-party components remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Full license texts are available within the application or upon request. The inclusion of these components does not grant any rights to the proprietary portions of AEU ECC and AEU Authenticator.

3.1 LIMITED LICENSE: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sokol Alickaj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to: • Download and install the Software on devices you own or control • Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes • Access the associated cloud services (if applicable) 3.2 ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS: You shall NOT, under any circumstances: (a) COPYING AND DISTRIBUTION: • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software • Distribute, publish, or disseminate the Software • Share the Software with third parties • Upload the Software to any repository or sharing platform • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations (b) MODIFICATION AND REVERSE ENGINEERING: • Modify, adapt, or alter the Software • Translate the Software into other languages • Create derivative works based on the Software • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software • Attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or data structures • Circumvent any technological protection measures (c) COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION: • Use the Software for commercial purposes without written license • Sell, resell, rent, lease, or lend the Software • Sublicense or transfer your rights • Use the Software to provide services to third parties • Incorporate the Software into commercial products (d) MISREPRESENTATION: • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Claim ownership or authorship of the Software • Misrepresent the source or origin of the Software • Use AEU trademarks without written permission 3.3 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Sokol Alickaj. No implied licenses are granted.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOKOL ALICKAJ, AEU SERVICES, AND ALL AFFILIATED PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 4.1 IMPLIED WARRANTIES: • MERCHANTABILITY • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE • NON-INFRINGEMENT • TITLE • ACCURACY • QUIET ENJOYMENT 4.2 OPERATIONAL WARRANTIES: • That the Software will meet your requirements • That the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • That results obtained will be accurate or reliable • That defects will be corrected • That the Software is free of viruses or harmful components • That the Software will be compatible with your devices 4.3 INFORMATION WARRANTIES: • That any information obtained through the Software will be accurate • That documentation is complete or current • That advice or information creates any warranty NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY SOKOL ALICKAJ OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: 5.1 EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT SHALL SOKOL ALICKAJ, AEU CLOUD, AEU, AEU-APP, AEU-DNS, AEU-I, OR ANY AFFILIATED PARTIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: • DIRECT DAMAGES • INDIRECT DAMAGES • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES • SPECIAL DAMAGES • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES • PUNITIVE DAMAGES • EXEMPLARY DAMAGES • RELIANCE DAMAGES 5.2 SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: This includes, without limitation, damages for: • Loss of data, including 2FA codes and secrets • Loss of profits or revenue • Loss of business or business opportunities • Loss of goodwill or reputation • Loss of anticipated savings • Business interruption • Loss of use or access • Computer or device failure • Cost of substitute services • Personal injury (to the extent permitted by law) • Property damage • Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss 5.3 APPLICABILITY: These limitations apply: • Regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise) • Whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages • Whether or not such damages were foreseeable • Even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law 5.4 MAXIMUM LIABILITY: IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, SOKOL ALICKAJ IS FOUND LIABLE, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (IF ANY), OR • TEN EUROS (€10.00) 5.5 JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

CRITICAL NOTICE - READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE PROCEEDING: SOKOL ALICKAJ AND AEU SERVICES SHALL BEAR ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, OR OBLIGATION FOR DATA LOSS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 6.1 DATA LOSS SCENARIOS: We are NOT liable for data loss caused by: (a) USER CREDENTIAL ISSUES: • Loss, forgetting, or misplacement of your master password • Loss, destruction, theft, or damage to your 24-word recovery phrase • Failure to securely backup your recovery phrase • Unauthorized disclosure of your credentials • Weak or compromised password choices (b) DEVICE ISSUES: • Device loss, theft, destruction, or damage • Device malfunction, failure, or defects • Operating system updates, crashes, or corruption • Storage failure or corruption • Factory reset or device wiping (c) SOFTWARE ISSUES: • App uninstallation (intentional or accidental) • App updates or version changes • Software bugs, errors, or defects • Compatibility issues • Corrupted installations (d) EXTERNAL FACTORS: • Network failures or interruptions • Server outages or maintenance • Cloud service provider failures • iCloud or backup service failures • Third-party service disruptions • Force majeure events (e) MALICIOUS ACTIVITIES: • Hacking, unauthorized access, or cyberattacks • Malware, viruses, or ransomware • Phishing or social engineering • Physical theft or coercion 6.2 TECHNICAL IMPOSSIBILITY: Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture: • DATA RECOVERY IS TECHNICALLY IMPOSSIBLE • We do NOT possess decryption keys • We CANNOT access your encrypted data • No backdoors, master keys, or recovery mechanisms exist • This is an intentional security feature, not a deficiency 6.3 YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By using the Software, you acknowledge and accept that: • You are SOLELY responsible for safeguarding your credentials • Data loss due to lost credentials is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE • You have been clearly warned of these risks • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with data loss

SOKOL ALICKAJ AND AEU SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM USER ERRORS, MISUSE, OR MISCONDUCT. 7.1 USER ERROR EXCLUSIONS: • Entering incorrect 2FA codes on third-party services • Misconfiguring 2FA on external accounts • Accidentally deleting 2FA entries • Typos when entering recovery phrases or passwords • Failure to verify backup integrity • Ignoring security warnings or recommendations • Using the Software without understanding its operation • Failure to keep device time synchronized (required for TOTP) 7.2 MISUSE EXCLUSIONS: • Using the Software for any illegal purpose • Attempting to circumvent security measures • Using the Software to facilitate fraud or deception • Violating third-party terms of service • Using the Software in violation of export controls • Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations 7.3 MISUSE DISCLAIMER: THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: • How you choose to use the Software • Consequences of your actions using the Software • Third-party account lockouts due to 2FA issues • Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Software • Damages caused by your misuse or negligence 7.4 THIRD-PARTY ISSUES: We are NOT responsible for: • Third-party service outages or changes • Third-party 2FA implementation problems • Time synchronization issues with third-party servers • Changes to third-party authentication requirements • Third-party security breaches or vulnerabilities

8.1 DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS: Sokol Alickaj exercises reasonable care and professional diligence in developing and testing the Software. This includes: • Code review and quality assurance • Functional testing across supported platforms • Security testing and vulnerability assessments • Performance optimization • User experience evaluation 8.2 INHERENT SOFTWARE LIMITATIONS: NOTWITHSTANDING REASONABLE EFFORTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: • Software development is inherently complex • No software is guaranteed to be completely error-free • Undiscovered bugs may exist despite thorough testing • New features may introduce unforeseen issues • Interactions with other software may cause unexpected behavior • Operating system updates may affect compatibility 8.3 NO AUTOMATIC ERROR REPORTING: • The Software does NOT automatically transmit error reports • No crash data is automatically collected • Bugs must be VOLUNTARILY reported by users • The Developer relies on user feedback to identify issues • You are encouraged (but not obligated) to report bugs 8.4 BUG-RELATED LIABILITY EXCLUSION: SOKOL ALICKAJ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any software bugs, errors, or defects • Unexpected application behavior • Application crashes or failures • Data corruption due to software errors • Security vulnerabilities • Compatibility issues with devices or operating systems • Issues arising from updates or patches • Any consequences of software defects 8.5 YOUR ACCEPTANCE: By using the Software, you accept that: • You use the Software with knowledge that bugs may exist • You voluntarily assume the risk of software defects • You will not hold the Developer liable for bugs • You will report bugs to help improve the Software (optional)

9.1 YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION: YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SOKOL ALICKAJ, AEU CLOUD, AEU, AEU-APP, AEU-DNS, AEU-I, AND ALL AFFILIATED PARTIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL: • Claims and demands • Damages and losses • Liabilities and obligations • Costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) • Judgments and settlements • Fines and penalties 9.2 INDEMNIFIABLE MATTERS: This indemnification applies to matters arising from or related to: • Your use or misuse of the Software • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation • Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) • Your negligence or willful misconduct • Your failure to secure your credentials • Any data loss resulting from your actions or omissions • Content you submit or transmit • Any claim that your use caused damage to a third party • Your breach of any representation or warranty 9.3 INDEMNIFICATION PROCEDURE: • We will notify you promptly of any claim • You shall not settle any claim without our prior written consent • We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter • You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any claim

10.1 ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS: You shall NOT use the Software to: (a) ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance • Facilitate illegal activities or transactions • Launder money or finance terrorism • Evade taxes or regulatory requirements • Circumvent sanctions or export controls (b) HARMFUL ACTIVITIES: • Harm minors in any way • Harass, abuse, or threaten others • Promote violence or discrimination • Distribute malware or harmful code • Interfere with others' use of the Software (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS: • Access systems without authorization • Attempt to breach security measures • Probe for vulnerabilities • Intercept communications • Impersonate others (d) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS: • Infringe copyrights, patents, or trademarks • Misappropriate trade secrets • Violate privacy rights • Use our trademarks without permission 10.2 CONSEQUENCES: Violation of these prohibitions may result in: • Immediate termination of your license • Legal action and prosecution • Cooperation with law enforcement • Civil liability for damages

11.1 TERMINATION BY YOU: You may terminate your account at any time. Here's how: SERVER MODE (Cloud Sync): • Open the App → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account • Enter your password to confirm • This permanently deletes your account and all server data LOCAL MODE (Offline): • Open the App → Settings → Danger Zone → Reset App • Or: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data EFFECTS: • Termination is effective immediately • All associated data will be permanently deleted • Termination does not entitle you to any refund • This action cannot be reversed 11.2 TERMINATION BY US: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: • Violation of these Terms • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity • Extended periods of account inactivity • Technical or security reasons • Business reasons or discontinuation of service • At our sole discretion 11.3 EFFECT OF TERMINATION: • Your license to use the Software terminates immediately • Your access to cloud services is revoked • All cloud-stored data is permanently deleted • Local data on your device remains until you delete it • Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination 11.4 NO LIABILITY FOR TERMINATION: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Software or services.

12.1 NO UPTIME GUARANTEE: We do NOT guarantee that the Software or associated services will be: • Available at all times • Uninterrupted • Error-free • Secure • Free from viruses or harmful components 12.2 SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Services may be interrupted for: • Scheduled or emergency maintenance • Updates and upgrades • Technical difficulties • Security incidents • Circumstances beyond our control • Business reasons 12.3 RIGHT TO MODIFY: We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature • Change service terms or pricing • Update the Software • Discontinue the Service entirely • Change operational policies 12.4 NO LIABILITY FOR CHANGES: We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Software or services.

13.1 GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with: • The laws of the jurisdiction in which Sokol Alickaj resides • Applicable international laws and treaties • Without regard to conflict of law principles 13.2 DISPUTE RESOLUTION: (a) INFORMAL RESOLUTION: • Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation • You must contact us with a written description of the dispute • We shall attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days (b) FORMAL RESOLUTION: • If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate courts of jurisdiction • Any legal action must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising 13.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. 13.4 JURY TRIAL WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING FROM THESE TERMS.

14.1 EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: The Software may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to: • Comply with all applicable export laws and regulations • Not export or re-export the Software to prohibited destinations • Not provide the Software to prohibited persons or entities • Not use the Software for prohibited end-uses 14.2 REPRESENTATION: You represent and warrant that: • You are not located in an embargoed country • You are not on any prohibited party list • You will not use the Software for prohibited purposes

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable: • That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable • If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed • The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect • The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent

16.1 COMPLETE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sokol Alickaj regarding the Software. 16.2 SUPERSESSION: This Agreement supersedes all prior: • Agreements (oral or written) • Understandings • Negotiations • Discussions • Proposals • Commitments 16.3 NO ORAL MODIFICATIONS: No oral statement or representation shall modify or affect these Terms.

17.1 NO WAIVER: • No failure or delay in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver • No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude further exercise • No waiver of any term shall be deemed a waiver of any other term 17.2 WRITTEN WAIVER: Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the party granting the waiver.

18.1 YOUR RESTRICTIONS: • You may NOT assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder • Any attempted assignment is void • These Terms bind your heirs, executors, and administrators 18.2 OUR RIGHTS: • We may assign these Terms without restriction • We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

19.1 RIGHT TO MODIFY: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. 19.2 EFFECTIVE DATE: • Changes are effective immediately upon posting • The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance 19.3 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: • You are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically • Check the "Last Updated" date regularly • If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use

20.1 MILITARY-GRADE ENCRYPTION: The Software implements NIST Level 5 (MAXIMUM) security standards, including: • VAULT ENCRYPTION: ChaCha20-Poly1305 (256-bit) with Argon2id key derivation (1GB RAM, 16 iterations) • END-TO-END ENCRYPTION: Hybrid Post-Quantum (X25519 + ML-KEM-1024/Kyber) with AES-256-GCM • DIGITAL SIGNATURES: ML-DSA-87 (Dilithium5) Post-Quantum signatures (NIST FIPS 204) • KEY EXCHANGE: RSA-8192 OAEP (192-bit classical security) • HASH FUNCTIONS: SHA3-512 (NIST FIPS 202) • KEY DERIVATION: HKDF-SHA3-512, PBKDF2-SHA3-512 (1,000,000 iterations) • BACKUP ENCRYPTION: AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2-SHA3-512 20.2 COMPLIANCE STANDARDS: • NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography: ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87 (Level 5 - MAXIMUM) • NSA CNSA 2.0: Compliant for TOP SECRET classification • GDPR: Zero-knowledge architecture with end-to-end encryption • FIPS 140-3: Ready (toggle available) 20.3 ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ARCHITECTURE: Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture: • All encryption/decryption occurs on YOUR device • Your master password NEVER leaves your device • We CANNOT decrypt your data under ANY circumstances • No backdoors, master keys, or recovery mechanisms exist • Data recovery is TECHNICALLY IMPOSSIBLE by design 20.4 QUANTUM SECURITY: The Software uses hybrid post-quantum cryptography combining classical (X25519, RSA-8192) and post-quantum (ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87) algorithms. This ensures that if EITHER algorithm remains secure, your data is protected against both current and future quantum computing threats. 20.5 SECURITY LIMITATIONS: While we implement maximum security standards, you acknowledge that: • No security system is absolutely impenetrable • Security depends on proper credential management by the user • Loss of master password AND recovery phrase results in permanent data loss • We are not liable for security breaches caused by user negligence For detailed technical specifications, refer to Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

BY USING AEU ECC OR AEU AUTHENTICATOR, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, REPRESENT, AND WARRANT THAT: 1. You have READ and UNDERSTOOD these Terms and Conditions in their entirety 2. You have READ and UNDERSTOOD our Privacy Policy 3. You are at least 13 years of age (or minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) 4. You have the LEGAL CAPACITY to enter into binding agreements 5. You ACCEPT the Software "AS IS" without warranties 6. You UNDERSTAND and ACCEPT all limitations of liability 7. You are SOLELY responsible for your master password and recovery phrase 8. You UNDERSTAND that data loss due to lost credentials is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE 9. You ACKNOWLEDGE the copyright and intellectual property rights of Sokol Alickaj 10. You agree NOT to copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Software 11. You RELEASE Sokol Alickaj and all AEU Services from any and all liability 12. You AGREE to indemnify Sokol Alickaj against any claims arising from your use 13. You ACCEPT all risks associated with using the Software 14.
